Events Mobilization Plan

- The OCOC Community Engagement Events Mobilization Plan is designed to bring together stakeholders from the LMI (Low and Moderate Income) communities to discuss key issues, share best practices, and identify opportunities for growth and development. Our plan includes a range of events, including LMI Community Round Tables, LMI Community Leadership Summits, LMI Business Forums, LMI Small Business Role Model Events, and LMI Economic Town Halls.

- The LMI Community Round Tables will be small, interactive gatherings designed to foster dialogue and exchange of ideas. These events will bring together community members, business owners, and leaders to discuss issues that impact the community, share resources and ideas, and build stronger relationships.

- The LMI Community Leadership Summits will be larger-scale events that bring together community leaders and influencers to identify challenges, discuss strategies, and develop solutions that address issues related to economic growth, community development, and social impact.

- The LMI Business Forums will focus on providing LMI business owners with access to resources, networking opportunities, and best practices for growing their businesses. These events will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions designed to provide practical advice and insights.

- The LMI Small Business Role Model Events will showcase successful LMI entrepreneurs and their businesses. These events will provide inspiration and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of starting and growing a successful business.

- The LMI Economic Town Halls will provide a forum for discussion and debate on issues related to economic growth and development in LMI communities. These events will bring together a diverse range of stakeholders, including policymakers, business leaders, community advocates, and the general public, to discuss strategies for promoting economic growth, creating jobs, and reducing poverty.
